A licensed mortgage loan originator and a Certified Liability Advisor, Stephanie has built a strong track record in the mortgage industry. Her skills in Certified Mortgage Planning, U.S. VA Loans, U.S. FHA Financing, Real Estate Owned (REO), and U.S. Federal Housing Authority (FHA) have made her an invaluable asset to both First State Bank and her clients. Stephanie was proudly voted Best of Texoma, Loan Officer in 2017. She has also completed leadership training in both Sherman and Denison and is an active community member, serving on the Board for Habitat for Humanity and the Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show.
